How it is calculated
- RTO orders = COD orders × COD RTO rate + prepaid orders × prepaid RTO rate.
- RTO cost = RTO orders × (forward + RTO shipping + COD fee where applicable) + damaged share × product cost.
- Logistics cost per delivered order = all shipping and COD costs ÷ delivered orders.
